MAANZONI 680 HOTEL COMPANY POLICY

These terms are governed in accordance with the Law Of The republic of Kenya.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE

Maanzoni 680 Hotel rate card is shared on request.

We accept walk-ins, direct reservations via email or calls and reservations made through online booking platforms that is Trip Advisor, booking.com and Expedia.

RATES

All room rates and fees are in Kenya Shillings (Kshs.) Rates, inclusions, and room occupancies are as stated in your confirmation and rates may be subject to change at any time without notice.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Check-in Time: 12.00 pm

Earlier access is subject to availability on the day of arrival.

Check-out Time: 10.00 am

Guests requiring a later check-out will be charged a fee equivalent to the day room charges.

A 75% non-refundable deposit of total room and/or conference charges is required at the time of booking and a full payment at check-in for self-paying guests.

Guests are required to present an ID card, Passport or Temporary Residence Card upon Check-in.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS AND CHILDREN SURCHARGES

Child and Sharing Policy

• Children’s rate: Under 5 years, accommodated free if sharing the room with full paying adults (Maximum two children)
• Children of 5-12 years of age are accommodated at reduced rates when sharing a room with full-paying adults.
• Children in their own room or 12 years and above pay the relevant full adult rates applicable.

PAYMENT POLICY

A reservation will be deemed confirmed after processing all deposits and payments in the accounts provided below. Maanzoni 680 Hotel reserves the right to release bookings without prior notice if the full deposit is not received on time.

Confirmation of booking is subject to receiving all guest names, particularly for multiple room bookings and a deposit of 75% to secure your bookings.

Payment modes accepted are cash, bank transfer, M-pesa and credit cards. We do not accept personal Cheques for payment

NOTE: Contact us for details if making an international bank transfer. Please use the name of the guest/party or invoice number (as per invoice) as a reference for all bank transfers/deposits. All payments must be received in FULL.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to travel (or utilize the accommodation and services previously confirmed), cancellation fees may apply.

A change in the length of stay or dates of your reservation is subject to availability and may result in a rate change. A revision made to a booking may also constitute a cancellation. If a booking deposit must be refunded, please note that any credit card surcharge cannot be refunded.

Cancellation, early departure and no-show fees incurred are the sole responsibility of the Tour agent/client and will be charged accordingly as follows:

Early departures or cancellations are chargeable as indicated below.

Within 35-14days:      15% of the applicable room rate per night

Within 13- 3 Days:      33 % of the applicable room rate per night

Within 2 days or less:  100% of the applicable room rate per night

No Shows:                  100% of the applicable room rate per night

OTHER INFORMATION

Minimum Age
There must be at least one guest of a minimum of 18 years of age, with a valid credit card or any other accepted mode of payment in their name, present upon check-in. This guest must be holding the payment for the travelling party.

Smoking
All indoor areas, public areas and restaurants are strictly non-smoking zones. There are well-labeled designated smoking zones.

Pets.

Maanzoni 680 Hotel does not allow pets unless management gives prior authorization. Service animals are allowed at no extra charge.

Other
Please be advised that service charges, fees and taxes are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Maanzoni 680 Hotel reserves the right to introduce these in accordance with the law. The prevailing tax rates at the time of stay will be charged, along with the introduction of any new fees or taxes.

Please note guests who bring their own food and/or beverages to the hotel will be required to pay a surcharge of half the selling price of the food and/or beverages as valued by the hotel.
